1991 Experience: Journey Through Uzbekistan
Stories told through food.
We are creating an intimate culinary journey through the regions of Uzbekistan, bringing together signature cuisine, stories presented by the chef, music and visual storytelling.
For now, the route remains a secret. Some stories should be experienced before they are revealed.
The Cafe 1991 team is currently refining every detail of the experience. Dates, pricing and booking information will be announced once preparations are complete.
The first edition of 1991 Experience will be presented in Russian. An English-language edition is also in development, with dates to be announced separately.
